Connect to Work GA, powered by Skills for America’s Future, is here to connect you to a diverse pool of local, job-ready, currently unemployed and underemployed talent. Think of our team as an extension of your human resources department. Starting with your specific job and hiring requirements, we get to work personally sourcing and screening talent to find the best fit for your company.
We are not a staffing agency, but a nonprofit focused on education and workforce development in Georgia. We work with community-based organizations and use traditional marketing methods to source candidates who meet your needs.
A Proven Model for Success
Our program is based on a model proven to help increase job seekers’ chances of being hired and employers’ chances of hiring qualified talent. Our process is derived from Chicagoland’s Skills for America’s Future initiative, which has helped place over 19,000 job seekers in the last 10 years and repeatedly increased retention and workforce diversity for more than 200 companies.
Currently, we are partnering with companies in warehousing and logistics with plans to expand to other in-demand industries in the future.
